I spent eleven years as a legal recruiter after leaving law — building Dare Recruitment from scratch, placing lawyers into the firms that needed them most. Before that, I was legal counsel. Before that, I was trying to figure out what kind of person I actually was beneath all the roles I'd been handed.

I am a wife to Anthony, and a mother to four children — three boys at school, and a daughter born in 2025. We work from home. We build from home. The work and the life are not separate things.

For two years I went somewhere hard. Not physically. Internally. Into the questions that don't have clean answers. Who am I — not the role, not the title, not the version of me that was legible to others? I needed one path that could hold all of it: the lawyer, the recruiter, the investor, the writer, the mother. Every contradiction. Every version I'd been quietly told to leave in a separate compartment.

I found it. And it runs straight through the frontier.

I am building Agent Maestro Maker because I climbed this mountain alone — and I refuse to let others do the same. I am writing two books because the diagnosis and the prescription both need to exist in the world. I am building Dare Capital because permanent, patient acquisition of great businesses is how you build something that outlasts a single career.

The philosophy is simple: the fastest route back to the good old days runs directly through the frontier. AI does not take your humanity. It reveals it — by handling everything that isn't irreducibly you. What remains is the question of who you're becoming.

That question is the whole game.
