A lawyer who left to build.
I trained as a lawyer at some of Australia's largest law firms and worked as Legal Counsel to a billionaire. That world taught me how to think — to hold complexity, read people, build arguments that survive contact with reality. It didn't teach me how to build, so I left to learn that the hard way.
Over the past decade, my husband and I have built and run businesses across multiple industries. Our first, Dare Recruitment, is now in its eleventh year. Building has taught us that most business problems aren't strategic — they're operational. The people are good. The systems let them down.
That observation sits underneath everything I work on now: agentic AI systems for SMEs and knowledge workers — systems that don't just assist, but run. The starting point isn't AI. It's structure.
My approach and philosophy equally applies outside the commercial setting. I'm a wife and mother to 4 spectacular children under 8. My family is the gravitational mass at the centre of my galaxy, and my observations and learnings have led me to deeply examine the way we live, learn and work. I am buoyed by knowing our lives will be more integrated, our futures liberated, and our possibilities of becoming restored.
